SERVICES - Account Administration

Our Account Administration Team can handle all your back office needs from handling critical client communications, preparing account applications, transfers forms, cash distributions and more. We'll complete the forms, get client signatures and needed documents, scan and submit to your custodian. We will track the process and follow through to completion, while handing any problems that may arise along the way.

Our Account Administration Support include, but are not limited too:

  • Forms processing
  • Account opening/closing/changes
  • Transfers and other cashiering tasks
  • Assist with client queries, changes, and withdrawal requests
  • Check client balances for monthly auto-withdrawals

  • Upload management fees/invoicing

  • Create and maintain client CRM
